Sysco National Hiring Blitz

Owned the full paid media strategy for a $3M national recruitment campaign over a multi-week sprint. My scope covered everything digital — platform strategy, audience targeting, creative optimization, budget allocation, and RSVP generation across 50 U.S. metros. Once candidates RSVP'd to the hiring event, Sysco's on-site teams handled qualification, interviews, and hiring decisions. Reported hires (800+) reflect a two-week post-event snapshot; final totals were likely higher as processing continued beyond our campaign window.
